Bilingual Lawyer graduated from Universidad de los Andes with knowledge and experience in regulation, oil & gas, international contracts, digital assets, and privacy law.
Specialized in International Contracting from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting various types of public and private contracts and agreements. Experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and conflict resolution.
Experience analyzing and drafting regulatory frameworks for digital assets, DAOs and stablecoins.
Passionate about regulation, emerging technologies, sustainable development, and law and economics.
