Biography
Bradley Allgood is an entrepreneur and innovator in digital finance and governance. He is the founder and CEO of Maseer, a role he assumed in 2024, and previously served as chief executive officer of Fluent Finance from 2021 to 2024. Since 2019, he has also been co-founder and head of commercial banking at the Catawba Digital Economic Zone, one of the most recognized experiments in applying blockchain to jurisdictional development.
Earlier in his career, Allgood played a central role in the Startup Societies movement, serving as co-founder and Director of the Startup Societies Foundation. He also held leadership positions as president and chairman at NEST Financial Group, and contributed to Nuhanse Network as a board and investment committee member.
With a background in finance and governance innovation, Allgood has consistently focused on building ventures that bridge emerging technologies with practical applications in banking and economic development. He studied at City College of San Francisco.
