What is Startup Societies Boardgame?

The boardgame is an innovative way to explore how new communities can be created, governed, and sustained. Players take the role of founders competing to build societies across land, sea, digital networks, and even outer space.

Winning requires more than just size or wealth. Every society must be sustainable and capable of hosting residents. Balance is the key—players succeed by growing inclusive, thriving communities.

What makes the gameplay unique?

Why did we create this initiative?

The boardgame serves a dual purpose: it is an educational tool for understanding governance, and a community-building activity that sparks dialogue about the future of cities, technology, and cooperation.
